I'm happy to announce we have prepared a new functionality that allows to see live chat logs for each operatory. This option is available for account only so account aka admin can view what the operators were talking about in the chat.

Greetings,
We are happy to announce we prepared a desktop version of IntelliLiveHelp Live Help Software. This means you don't need browser to get access to operator console. You can simply run its own application and that's all.
