Video tutorials for Intelliants products
We have been discussing the most effective way to make tutorials for a long time and recently we came to the conclusion. Starting from eSyndiCat 2.2 we will prepare video tutorials for the most tricky tasks in our software management. Configuration will also be shown in one of our video tutorials. For this purpose we are planning to purchase a copy of screen recorder software - Camtasia. I think this way would save much time for our support guys and it will prevent asking questions that would be explained in our video tutorials for eSyndiCat, xooArticles and other products and services from our company. |

Right, today we are a level up and video tutorials really wide spreading on the net as fast as infection. Anyway, that must worth to try, imo.
