Due to high email support activity about xooArticles publishing software we decided to install Kayako eSupport. It's pretty convenient tool that allows to manage customers requests via online interface. We already have one at esyndicat.com and it really saves much time as we track resolved and unresolved issues.

Only private requests are allowed in our xooarticles helpdesk. Public and common questions should be asked in our support forums. This way of communication really helps other new customers in case they have similar questions about our software.
