Improve Your Writing

By the time when it had been determined to establish Intelliants blog, all I knew was how to pick worthwhile blogs out among other 60+ million blogs in the blogsphere for a new doze of useful information, but really not how to blog.

When this blog has gone live I decided to google for some good eBooks, articles and tips on writing. I found tremendous number of resources on the topic and, believe me, I have read a great deal. The first rule a have learnt of writing is that you don’t have to be afraid to write, and that’s vitally important in my opinion.

I emailed Michael Kwan and asked him a question about how did he come up to his master level of writing? He replied me and here is an excerption from his email:

“For the most part, I write the way I talk. I don't follow any sort of conventions or rules... I just "listen" to how the words sound. I typically don't do any sort of outline either, allowing myself to free associate so that the article/review/post sounds more fluid.”

Write the way you talk! This phrase became my second rule.
