Recently we discovered that Google Code Search system has been finding eSyndiCat package zip files uploaded on various customers' sites and publishing the script code, including important data such as access to eSyndiCat downloads area.

Please, do not leave eSyndiCat package files or site backups in a web-accessible location!

If you do not ensure that your eSyndiCat zip packages are well protected, not only are you leaking your own personal data, but you will also be in violation of the eSyndiCat license agreement by allowing your copy of the software to be downloaded by unauthorized persons. Thus, we reserve the rights to close member area for a customer that was the source of illegal script downloads and use.

Now, you are trying to charge me for installation keys! I've been begging for a week for support on your eSyndicat forum, through your help desk support form, and via email. 	Vasily_Bezruchkin. Mar 5, 2008 Actually, I do not agree with you. We informed all our customers who subscribed to our newsletter about possible problems with Unlimited Domains license. Besides, I posted a news in our support forums about possible probelems and advised to contact me directly if this problem exist. If you purchased unlimited domains - you should not purchase additional license anymore. Anyhow, this problem have been fixed for most customers
	Roy Pope. Mar 26, 2008 Well, I did try to contact you per your forum post. You never got back to me. Geez! It took you 3 months just to reply to my comment on this blog! Anyhow, after a month I finally got help from one of the support staff. THEN, I discovered that the third-party fck-editor has known bugs (according to the developer's website) and the software would not work on my site. Your support guys just kept telling me to get a different browser besides IE6. HEY! The software has a BUG in it!
