eSyndiCat Video Tutorials

A quick announcement of that we have started making video tutorials (screencasts) for eSyndiCat Directory Software. One screencast I’ve uploaded at YouTube and it can be viewed below:



I can’t say I’m happy with the results because of 320x240 resolution, and the voice narration is not that clear but as the saying goes: “practice makes perfect” and as Vasily says: “It’s better than nothing”. Anyway, there is a copy at 800x600 resolution has been uploaded at eSyndicat dot com, the same quality of sound though. There are other screencasts hosted as well. Some of them are without voice comments but we promise that we’ll be keen to enhance our video presence.

Some of you, friends, who use xooChat live help service, may be interested in watching a short screencast that demonstrates how to customize the visitors grid – an important component of xooChat operator console.

Probably some parts of the eSyndiCat admin control panel are not quite clear and you’d like us to put a video demonstration of how to use one or another feature, so feel free to leave a comment below on what kind of video tutorials you would like to see. We will try our best.
